What started out as a one-stop shop for all creative services, is now a more refined brand that progresses and serves with purpose.
Sharon G.M.M., the founder of Vamitch Creative, is an artist at heart. Her journey started back in 2020 when she was offering a variety of creative services and catering to a wide range of clients. From graduation photography to handmade clay earrings of intimate parts of the human body. Sharon knew she wanted to be the unorthodox artist — to break away from conventional expectations — yet she finds herself dazed and confused between who she wants to be and who she needs to be.
Part of my framework includes uncovering the inspiration behind the existence of the brand. What inspires brand owners to break out of the conventional career to do what they are doing independently? So Sharon and I peeled back the layers of her brand, Vamitch, and her personal brand, Sharon G.M.M.
It became clear to us that she is more than just a creative. She was an artist at heart, painting her identity into her work. Yet being an artist held no meaning for her. For someone who had experienced countless challenges in her life, she wanted to make art to help others embrace fearlessness in their lives.
A new direction was forged. The question is now, how? How can one make art that inspires intrapersonal relationships within others?
It was through building a detailed profile of her ideal audience that Sharon found her voice and the voice of her brand. Vamitch Creative is no longer restricted to creative work but now exists as a vessel for the introspective mavens to seek understanding of themselves. New products were developed and a solid message was crafted to help the brand move closer to the vision and help Sharon gain clarity on the brand's purpose as well as her own.
Catching up with Sharon and the progress of her brand, she was ecstatic to share a recent conversation she had with another creative on LinkedIn.
